To all my dear friends out there in the model railroad world.

The thought I tried to make is that each one of us who model railroad,
model railroad to our fullest self. The Peter Principle points out that in
life we all continue to try to achieve our best until we finally reach the
top, that is where your incompetency is measured. At this time we have
peaked and do no more! In the model railroad world, each modelers efforts
are compared to another's. I question if that is fair, because that
individual is having as much fun enjoying his pike as you are?

Regarding Flawless operation, if your operation is flawless, you're most
likely are not having as much fun as the other guy, because even the
prototype isn't flawless.

To those who don't understand my discourse, please accept my apologies; I'm
not natured to be an angry person, or spiteful, just trying to point out
that in this imperfect world that we live in, no one is perfect!

Now go run your trains like good boys,

I send you my Love and Hershey Kisses,

Bill Fraley
