Hi George --

Well, you are just being prototypical. The Gunnison roundhouse was
modified at least once by a loco going out the back...

While I like operations, I also like to “railfan” my trains. It is
difficult to do both at the same time, so the standard gauge can go around
and around and around if I just feel like watching those nifty models roll
past... I even have a revolving barstool and a rocking chair (!) to put me
at the correct height and ease the old bones.

Have fun!

I had a flawless night operating a D&RGW K-36 on Gary Rabetoy's layout
tonight until I ran the loco out the back of the roundhouse. ...Gary's work,
my enjoyment. Fun watching Gary and Dean Odiorne down on their knees to
watch the train roll by at eye level: The way sixty something year old men
enjoy trains.
