I came full circle back to #4. I handlaid track on three different layouts, totaling about 1000' feet of track. On my first one, flex in HO in code 70 wasn't available, so it was handlay or use code 100, which simply wasn't an acceptable option to me at the time. The second one was by choice to get that "branchline" look. Don't know why I did the third one. (Which point was driven home on the final 20' of mainline when I used up some code 70 flex I had from another project. After laying it down and seeing the nice results, I looked at the rest of the layout and asked myself "WHY did I handlay this monster???".) Andre Ming
