Not sure about the REA vans, but I can tell you for sure, and show you, that 
"Action" (famous for Nascar stuff) has made modern UPS vans in 1/64 scale.  I 
think they were originally only available through the UPS company store, and 
are now EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY hard to find.  I bought the ONLY one I was ever 
able to find.
