If you are interested in a specific railroad or area probably the most
efficient is to create a yahoo group specializing in it? You can name them
anything you want such as " Frisco modelers group" or "S scale midwest railroad
interest group" etc. Bob could even create a
"Friends of the Shabbona railroad" group( something I'd join for sure) to
update us on the happenings if he wanted.
The possibilities of these new electronic groups greatly exceed the old wait
for someone to mail you a newsletter days.
The other possibility would be to create a blog of your interest area and
invite folks to follow it but the group seems easier to me and probably would
be easier for interested folks to find in a web search? ......DaveBranum
