Greetings from Fort Collins Colorado, where I am enjoying time with Marilyn's
family. On the way out here, we stopped to see Rusty Westermeier and his wife
Floy. Many of you were looking to see him at the NASG Convention but Rusty had
a serious problem with his lungs and by all accounts we almost lost another
great friend. I am plesed to say, I saw Rusty and while he is not 100 percent,
he is looking pretty good and in good spirits. He even took me downstairs to
see his layout which was a big deal. Thursday was the first time he had
ventured down the steps to the basement in about a month. Oh, the layout
itself, very much worth the trip.
I hope everyone is having a great time in Tenn. and we will have all sorts of
neat stories to read.
Hey Mr. JJ, I remember a guy from the NPRHA named Jim Hill who lived in
California. Any chance you are the same person?
Well, I need some sleep, we only took a four hour break on the 14 hour trip
here and Monday will be straight through going back.
