The nice thing about adding details to PRS kits (at least plastic details) is
you can clean out the mounting holes with a twist drill, insert the detail part
(ladder, grab, brake wheel or platform) and then use the adhesive (I like
Tenex) on the inside so there is no chance of botching up the paint job.
Obviously Tenex won't work for attaching brass details but if Bills grabs have
mounting pins they too can be placed in the holes and glued from the inside to
preserve the factory paint. Bill, will your grabs having mounting pins or be
surface mounted?
As for the best glue for mounting brass to plastic I defer to others on the
list.
