Hi Rachel; As another poster stated, Pacific Rail Shops.
They made AAR boxcars (several of versions), PFE reefers and ACF covered hoppers (1970's type). All are now owned by Des Plains Hobbies (DPH) and some have been re-introduced in RTR form as part of their S Scale America line (SSA) . The kits are now only available from secondary sources (ebay!). Pieter E.
