    John, I picked up a couple of these too from ebay. On the ones I got the 
sides are warped and I'm trying gentle heat and lightly clamping over a wooden 
block. However, the one you have is swaybacked. One misconception of these 65' 
gons is that of rough loading and consequent damaged sides, etc. This was far 
from the case, these were mill gons used for loading of "I" beams, pipe and 
other long structural loads. The loads were carefully placed and secured so as 
to protect the shipment. Many times these gons had placards stating "Do Not 
Hump" for obvious reasons of potential lading damage.
