Model Memories still has a twin signal mast on their web site, link is below. You might also look through the Scenery section on the NASG Manufacturers page (also link below) for other maufacturers. Des Plaines Hobby used to have single mast target signals, but I am not sure if they still carry them - that would be worth a call.
