Hi Roy;

I find it very distressing that the name of the S Gauge Herald, a fine 
publication for many years, would be made into shorthand for "cheated".

While the last owner did some unfortunate things with it, that should not 
eclipse the many years under Frank Titman and Wally Colins that it was an 
important part of S.

I'll also note that there were several years during which RMC published 
prominent notices to the effect that people were soliciting subscriptions to 
the magazine who had no connection to the publisher, and could not really 
provide any service they were collecting money for. Are you certain your 
subscription was legitimately with the magazine and not a third party con 
artist?
