        You would have to pry it open somehow, but I'd suggest metallic cows.  
(Don't use Holsteins!  (The black and white ones))

Anyone interested in PRR Rolling stock,
        The PRR had an interesting habit of converting old automobile cars into 
stock cars.  Many X24 auto boxes became K7a stock cars in the 1930's, and later 
in the 1950's, many X32 50' round roof cars, that had replaced the X24's in 
auto service became K9 stock cars that replaced the K7a cars in stock service.
