Dave...Just remember, that if you are going to apply decals to the painted 
models, they work best on a glossy surface.  Straight Floquil will not give you 
a good decal surface, which is what this construction article used.  You'd be 
better off using Scale Coat 1, depending on your color choice.  Apply the 
decals and then overspray with a dullcoat clear.
