I recently finished a Kinsman PRR R7 Refrigerated car. I pretty much kept all the wood parts in place. I used .020 brass wire for the grabs, and updated most of the brake detail. I replaced the ladders with left overs from PRS kits, and the brake wheel with an oversized unknown HO part. The brake platform, and roofwalk end supports were made from styrene strips. Trucks are SHS PRR trucks. I'm very pleased with the results.
