Hi, I've been using the resin products from Micro-Mark and I have not had any problems along those lines. Same with their RTV for the molds. I get consistent parts exactly the same size as the master. I just checked the EBT passenger car side I just made. It is just over 7" long and is exactly the same length as the master.
I have used other resins and RTVs but can't recall if those had issues. I pretty much use the MM products 'cause they are very easy to use and they have fast service (IME).
