Scott, An article I wrote was published in the August 2011 issue of DISPATCH that described in words and photos my conversion of an AM Pacific to resemble a B&O P1-d Pacific. While my model was fitted with hi-rail wheels, the article may be of interest as I described the source of all the detail parts I added. Most were from River Raisin. The overall approach might be of interest even for an Berkshire project. A similar article on the engine appeared in the July 2011 issue of NMRA Magazine.
