Oh, I see what you meant. That's funny about spending $250 on a $2 motor! Never looked at if from that perspective.

My NW2 was also quite fast when I first tested it. I got it down to crawling speed by adjusting the CVs. Simply lower the speed curve down. It's easy to do with S-CAB; I just haven't taken the time to do so yet with the FA-2.

If I have some time tonight or tomorrow, I'll play around with it and post my result.

I did view your desktop running video but it starts and stops entirely too fast 
for my taste.  Not like a prototype loco at all.
