I have long preferred decals to dry transfers. With dry transfers you get ONE shot and placing them. Decals can be floated around until you like the placement. I usually rub the dry transfers on clear decal film essentially making them decals. The issue now is the dry transfers are getting old and dried out making their adhesion very difficult. You can rub them until there is a hole in the car and they might not stick - particularly the small data.
