boB, I built a 4-4-0 from the RailMaster kit, but it's been over ten years ago. I don't remember having any major issues, other than shoehorning a DCC decoder in the smokebox, which you don't need to do for string power. I did write about it in the NASG Dispatch and I'd have to read my own article to jog my memory. They're small locomotives.
