I don't know much about *Qloud. Is this a software you are running on
your own server, or is it a product and you're connecting to someone
else's server?

Are you using a proxy server?
If not, this sounds like a bug in the server. Can you provide a traffic
dump (e.g. with wireshark) of the conversation between S3QL and the
server? (This is tricky unless you can turn off SSL).
