[Sab] ?xml-stylesheet

Hi,

Has support for the xml-stylesheet PI been added? The current version does
not use the xsl specified in the stylesheet PI, which is a real problem as
I'm using Sablotron as an XML->HTML filter under Microsoft IIS. I have
hacked in support myself, but would rather have a proper version... :)
