[Sab] installation help

I have been attempting for two weeks now to get Sablotron running on a
variety of platforms, without much success.

I would like to have it (ver .51) work on RH Linux 7.0, under apache 1.3.14,
php 4.04pl1, expat 1.95.1.

I would appreciate it very much if someone could give me detailed build
instructions, starting from scratch, that is, without php, apache, or
sablotron installed.
