You wont get 0.51 working with PHP-4.0.4pl1, since the releases are
somewhat out of sync. PHP-4.0.5-cvs has the necessary changes to work
with the latest Sablotron release, so upgrade to that, or downgrade to
using Sablotron 0.44 with PHP-4.0.4pl1.
