Ah, and there are two options, which are equally fine for me:

 - Having the script been run automatically whenever it detects a
   properly located -reviewed.patch
 - Running manually the script
   (e.g. sage -combinat post mypatch-reviewed.patch)

In both cases, one of the advantage of scripting the action is that it
can ensure consistency and do some basic sanity checks like:

 - Making sure that the patch was indeed at the bottom of the queue

 - Building a useful comment on the trac server automatically from the
log (well, of course assuming that the log itself is useful, which
it should in the first place). The comment could also contain the
url of the patch on the sage-combinat server, etc.

 - Renaming the patch in -posted-3452.patch in an "atomic" fashion

Cheers,
                                Nicolas
