#1396 is marked as fixed, but the release manager has backed it out as it caused
problems. Dan wrote:

But given it was unmerged, should this not be be set to "needs work", rather
than fixed?
It's a bit confusing, as another ticket refers to this ticket, saying it might
be backed out. Well it has been backed out, but the fact there's a line though
the ticket indicates its fixed. The ticket says its fixed, but clearly it was
not merged.
