Yes, yes, yes - and potentially a loss of users, too.  It's critical
in marketing Sage to emphasize the welcoming and responsive
community.  Since the devel/user line is often blurry, every list but
sage-flame should be thought of as a place to phrase things in that
way.   Sometimes that makes for longer emails, of course.  Like this
one.  But it's an easy price to pay :)
