well, nowadays the students understand that browsers can be different,
and are savvy enough to install a new browser, if needed.
Given that, installing a plugin/extension for a given browser is not
such a huge hurdle.

Comparing this to a hassle of installing Sage in a VM on Windows is a
bit unfair :)

we ARE talking about 30+ (if not 40+?) y.o. now, I bet!
