FF3 changed a number of its internal features, including some
important changes to the security model, that affected jsMath.  JsMath
was updated to account for these, but if you are running an older
version, it may not work properly with FF3.  The current version of
jsMath is 3.6b, and you need at least 3.6a to get all the FF3
updates.  I suspect you are probably at 3.5 or earlier (you can check
by  clicking the small "jsMath" button to get the jsMath control panel
which lists the version number).

You might try updating your copy of jsMath.  You should be able to do
that by simply replacing the one you have with a new one from the
jsMath web site <http://www.math.union.edu/locate/jsMath/download/
jsMath.html>.  That should not require updating all of sage.
