Thank you and Sorry for my unclear question, but I cannot change my post 
now.
I use a virtual machine in windows.
But I want to develop an application integrated with Sage.
I think I cannot ask user to install a virtual machine or Cygwin before 
install my application.
If anyone has done some application integrated with Sage, please tell me.
