Maybe you can start with vanilla 3.1.3 again (rm
spkgs/installed/sage-3.1.3.spkg; make) and apply the patches again in
order? Is there a file called polynomial_gf2x.pyx in sage/rings/polynomial
? I'll be afk for a couple of days btw.
