Updated code; now sage builds and passes all doctests in the old
*_double_vector.pyx files.
TODO:
* Make the real_roots and timeseries files use the Cython buffer
interface
* Update doctests to be for the vector code
* One last runthrough to make sure the code looks reasonable
* doctest everything.
