Comment:

 You are of course right. I changed the doctest to use
 {{{next_prime(GF(2^31))}}} which should work on 32-bit systems. However,
 this raises the question whether we want to be consistent across all
 platforms for the cutoff: w.r.t. {{{Matrix_modn_dense}}} mabshoff and
 wstein indicated their desire to do so in another ticket.
