Sorry for not being clear. The files you listed:
* polynomial_template.pxi
* flint_zmod_poly_linkage.pxi
are the ones that should be .pxi (as they're actually included). The files
that should be .pxd are
* flint.pxi
* ntl_interface.pxi
* zmod_poly.pxi
as they are declaration files. An example is worth a thousand words, I'll
attach a patch (which you can fold into yours if you want).
