So I need to switch from pxi to pxd for
* {{{polynomial_template.pxi}}}
* {{{ntl_GF2X_linkage.pxi}}}
* {{{flint_zmod_poly_linkage.pxi}}}
and the ticket is ready for review. Or am I missing something?
