Andrew -- We're having a lot of trouble porting wise with code that uses
sqrtl. This code needs to be slightly rewritten to not use it.
The sqrt must be rewritten to either use gmp directly or just use the
normal sage Python sqrt, which hopefully won't be much slower for this
application.
