I cannot guess the correct value of this relative to {{{$SAGE_LOCAL}}} or
{{{$SAGE_ROOT}}}. In fact it should be easy to have this build and run
from Sage shell prompt (i.e. {{{sage -sh}}}), then these hardcoded paths
in Makefile and in main.c are not necessary. It would be great to have
this fixed.
Then hooking it up on sage-check becomes trivial, too.
