Changes (by roed):
* work_issues: => intermittent interrupt.pyx failure
Comment:
I've moved the debug functionality that triggers on an incorrect result to
#13610 since I was struggling to get the interrupt handling working
correctly (IPython embedded shells intercept `KeyboardInterrupts`). With
this change the only work issue I'm aware of on this ticket is the
intermittent failure in interrupt.pyx. Testing just interrupt.pyx doesn't
trigger this failure (or at least does so rarely); run `sage -t
sage/tests/parigp.py sage/tests/interrupt.pyx` for example.
