Here's my current status on the `interrupt.pyx` problem.
* It occurs only if `interrupt.pyx` is not the first file being tested
(so `sage -t rings/big_oh.py tests/interrupt.pyx` will show it for
example)
* The segfault is actually caused by the test at line 694 of
`interrupt.pyx`: `sage: test_sig_block()`
I tried looking into the signal handling code but got lost. Any ideas?
