Alright, I fixed a bunch of bugs in the parsing of files. I added two new
patches since the old ones were getting big. Sorry for the huge size of
this ticket: some of the changes in
[attachment:12415_more_doctest_fixes.patch] can be split off into new
tickets, but many of them need to be made along with the switch to the new
testing code.
