I think the library is not missing but its name changed from maxima.fasb
to maxima-system.fasb, potentially due to an upgraded ASDF.
Seen from Sage, this "new" file seems to work just as well.
I don't really know this stuff, so I've asked upstream for confirmation.
Anyway, I'm recrafting cleaner 12.7.1 AND 12.12.1 spkgs.
