 12.12.1.

 After (finally) a successful rebase I can only build Maxima with 12.7.1
 (in this case the p1 spkg from #9167, but whatever), so maybe this is the
 wiser option currently.  Especially if we can quickly get #9167 ready
 based on something here, that would be ideal; it's wonderful to not have
 that be an issue soon.
