Why would we keep graphplot and throw plot away ? plot seems much more
natural than graphplot...

I will just have to change the calls to graphplot to plot.
Tell me if there is anything wrong with that. If you think that it is fine
I will begin fixing the doctests.

Why ? plot does not call graphplot !
