Are you always nuking the output directory for timings? Also, I'm always
adding all inventory files to the intersphinx-mapping whereas before
Sphinx would only add them as needed. But there Sphinx assumes that the
inventory is in the html directory, so its not good if you want to avoid
races.
As I said already, the first stage still warns erroneously about a few
missing cross-document citations. We could hide them, but I don't think
its a big deal.
The `sat/index.rst` isn't included warning is correct. The sat subdoc was
not listed in `multidocs_subdoc_list` (`en/reference/conf.py`).
