I'm pretty happy with the latest patches, but I'm not quite ready to give
a positive review. In my testing, I'm not seeing the intersphinx warning
any more, but I was only sporadically able to reproduce it in the first
place.
With the current `useless_chatter` settings, on the first pass through the
reference manual, I see two summaries
{{{
[polynomia] build succeeded, 1 warning.
[geometry ] build succeeded, 3 warnings.
}}}
The actual warnings are suppressed, though. Should these message be
suppressed (or modified), also? Otherwise, someone might wonder what the
warnings actually were.
