#14084: Wrong domain of the fraction field construction functor

--------------------------+-------------------------------------------------
 The construction functor for fraction fields pretends that it takes any
 ring as input:
 {{{
 sage: Fract,R = QQ.construction()
 sage: Fract.domain()
 Category of rings
 sage: Fract.codomain()
 Category of fields
 }}}

 But of course that's wrong:
 {{{
 sage: Fract(ZZ.quo(15))
 Traceback (most recent call last):
 ...
 TypeError: self must be an integral domain.
 }}}

 Hence, it would be better to declare right away that its domain is the
 category of integral domains.
