PS: Part of the problem is that `sage.padics.local_generic.LocalGeneric`
inherits from `CommutativeRing`, but calls ` Parent.__init__(self, base,
element_constructor=element_class, names=(names,), normalize=False,
category=category or _CommutativeRings)`.
Where is the problem? Well, `CommutativeRing.__init__` does not know about
the argument `element_constructor`...
