Um. What exactly does it do? Until recently there wasn't a way to upload
the sws file to the notebook server. Well, at least not easily. So I
would be surprised if it worked "correctly" for you, namely, creating a
new worksheet from the sws file. Double clicking other types of files has
worked for a long time.
