I went looking through some papers by Heath and Loehr and it appears that
the output of an algorithm to compute a pseudo-conway polynomial will most
likely not be deterministic unless `f.any_root()` is deterministic for
polynomials in finite fields (something I'm not entirely sure about).
In this case, I'm not sure what to do about the tests, but I agree that it
would be nice to move this patch along - but I'm not qualified to review
it.
