 No, what I meant is: bucket position to write value into gets determined,
 dictionary gets changed due to a GC, value gets placed into bucket
 position determined earlier, which now belongs to an entirely different
 key triple. Without #13387 we couldn't strictly exclude that from
 happening, but it would need extreme bad luck.

 Your hypothesis sounds much more probable.
