Sure that should be the case. But, as you see, the plugin provides a diff
"no ticket" versus "ticket". And according to the diff, "With 83%
confidence, startup time increased by at least 0.1%" '''without''' ticket.
So, is the point that 83% is not significant?
Hence, does the plugin state the following?
"Without the patch, there is no statistical evidence for a 0.1% increase
of startup time. With the patch, there ''is'' statistical evidence for a
0.1% increase."?
